Shopify Password Protected Site

NotFoundBot does not currently support password protected sites.  NotFoundBot relies on the public sitemap to help inform where visitors shall be directed.  When a site is password protected, the sitemap is not public and therefore is not available for NotFoundBot to use.

Upon disabling password protection on your site, NotFoundBot will begin indexing your sitemap automatically.  At this point you can also manually force NotFoundBot to index your site by going to Settings > Apps and sales channels.  Then hover over the ellipses button next to NotFoundBot and select Open app.  You can then select Reindex Sitemap.
